Unless noted otherwise, all programs are 10 week courses consisting of 16 lessons that are automatically and electronically delievered to you for review and practice at a time that is convenient for you and your family.

All of our programs are limited to 500 active members at any given time. This is done so that if at any time a member needs help for any reason with the lesson material we are available to provide prompt assistance

Short And Easy To Digest

Each lesson is only 2-5 pages in length and contains nothing but "meat". There is a very real problem these days with "information overload" where the reader simply has too much information to absorb. Each lesson is purposefully brief (but thorough!) so you can quickly read it and put it into practice.


Includes Action Steps/Assignments To Complete

Every weekly lesson will give you a suggested assignment to complete at the close of the information. Instead of giving you the usual "this is what I've done" stuff, I'm giving you "this is what you do" stuff! Each week you'll have some easy-to-implement action steps to complete before moving on.


Builds As You Go


Every lesson builds on the previous lessons as your child's skills do. Early on we'll discuss some basics to quickly establish a solid foundation. From there, we'll move into other basics and then intermediate techniques for maximizing your training sessions.


Focuses On Your Long-Term Success

While most ebooks and traditional membership sites (and even some high-priced coaching programs) pile on a bunch of information and leave you to put it all together for yourself, that isn't how things are setup in this training program. By giving you information in bite-sized portions for almost three months (10 weeks!) you'll be more likely to use and work with the content ... and when that happens you'll be more likely to see real results for yourself.


Helps You Make Real Progress

When you look back after each week's lesson, you'll actually be able to see that your child is making progress by putting these steps into practice. As new material is presented through your weekly lessonss, you'll actually be able to see your childs skills growing step-by-step because you'll be following a systematic, weekly plan of action. The Safety Awareness program shows, you step by step how to address this potentially life saving information with your entire family. I can hear you right now, Mr. Don my family knows what to do, we have talked about it and they understand.

It is not realistic to have such expectations.

It can feel like a losing battle when it comes to getting our families to eat better. Fast food is very convenient, not cheap, but very easy. The problem becomes an issue when it is overly utilized.


It's a given that very few of us have the time to prepare the types of meals that we would like to, or the resources available to hire a private chef to prepare those meals.


There are ways to give your family the nutricianal benefits of home cooking with out the time and expense that we usually incur in trying to get our families to eat a more balanced diet. The obesity epidemic in this country is growing and is due in large part to the sheer ease with which we can whip through a drive through window at the end of a long day and as if by magic, dinner is ready!


At that moment, we are not thinking about the damage that fast food does to our overall health, we are not thinking about the huge number of calories that we are taking in, nor are we thinking about the nutricianal value of the "bag-O-burgers".


Folks, it's time, time to start thinking about what we are putting into our bodies and the bodies of our loved ones. We can not continue to eat the way we as a nation are and not expect to pay for it in terms of increased health care, declining life spans and deteriorating health/fitness.

Diet and Weight Management

Weight Management continues to be an issue that many adults and a growing number of our children are faced with every day. It has been estimated that 2/3 of our population is over weight, and 1/3 of those are obese.


The health care crisis that will result from this epidemic will be immeasurable!


We do not have to allow our families and loved ones to become one of those growing statistics.
